The websites I design are based on a content management system.  What is that you ask!  Otherwise known as a CMS, it allows the website owner to log in and easily make alterations and changes at any time.

There are many options you can include.  From a basic single page website starting at £50 to a more complex site including event calendars, feedback forms and up to 20 pages for £500 and anything in between.  More complex sites can be built at an agreed price. (prices not including hosting which starts from £30 per year).

Once the website is completed and the payment is made, you become the owner of the site and all its contents.  Some designers keep copyright themselves and when you stop paying, they take it back!

I also ensure that the domain is registered in your name.  Another little trick that some designers do is to register YOUR DOMAIN in THEIR name and it causes all sorts of problems if you decide to move to a different designer or host.

I hope my clients stay with me because I provide a fair service that they are happy with.  If I don't, then you are entitled to go elsewhere - no strings or penalties.
