What is included depends on what you require!

Domain Name 

To start with you need a domain name.  These can be purchased easily and cheaply.  You can choose to register your domain name with whoever you wish.  Prices can vary but expect to pay around £10 for a .co.uk domain for two years.  Some domain names are renewable annually.  If you already have a domain name, you can point it to your new site.

Hosting

Next you will need somewhere to host your site.  You can either provide your own hosting or I can provide it for you.  Hosting costs vary according to how big the site is and how much room you need.  Additionally, a site that is very popular and has lots of hits will cost more than a site that isn't visited that frequently.  This is because of the "bandwidth" used.  The more used, the more the hosts charge.  The minimum requirement is PHP hosting with a MySQL database and around 50mb of space.

Website

You can choose the design of you website.  The first stage is to map out what you need, the pages and the information needed on each page.  I will then put together a draft site for your approval and then the design can be discussed and finalised.

Pictures

Pictures can help to brighten a site up and can be more informative than just text.  You can either take your own pictures in digital format or I can do some for you, depending on where you are!

Maintenance

The price that I quote includes 12 months hosting (if required), 12 months maintenance and 12 months support.  If you have a problem, I am usually available at any time but guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours in the event that I am not immediately available.

Search Engine Optimisation 

Every site is optimised to give the best possible search engine placement.  I can't guarantee No.1 placement as every other website is trying for the same position and the more common the keywords, the harder it is, but I will do my utmost to get the best possible position. 

Personal Visits 

Free if you live within 30 miles of Witham, Essex but additional charge of 0.40p a mile for any distance beyond 30 miles.
